Continuation of the compilation of Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya Book, the chapter entitled :

The Result of Hearing About the Pastime of Lord Caitanya in Kuliyā
Under the Section: The Lord’s Attempt to Go to Vṛndāvana

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.418-419

brahmā-śivādi-lokera sukhera akhaṇḍatva kṛṣṇa-caitanya-kartṛka jagate prakāśita—

brahmaloka-śivaloka-ādi yata loka
ye sukhera kaṇā-leśe sabei aśoka

yogīndra munīndra matta ye sukhera leśe
pṛthivīte kṛṣṇa prakāśilā nyāsi-veśe

Jayapatākā Swami: Even a particle of the happiness distributed in this world by Lord Kṛṣṇa in the dress of a sannyāsī freed the inhabitants of planets headed by Brahmaloka and Śivaloka from all distress and intoxicated even the best of the yogīs and sages.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.420-421

gaurasundarera eirūpa aiśvarya dekhiyāo yāhārā tāṅhāra bhagavattā-svīkāre vimukha, tāhādera sakalai vṛthā—

hena sarva-śakti-samanvita bhagavān
ye pāpiṣṭha māyā-vaśe bale apramāṇa

tāra janma-karma-vidyā-brahmaṇya-ācāra
saba mithyā, sei pāpīśocya sabākāra

Jayapatākā Swami: The birth, activities, education, and brahminical behavior of a sinful person who under the control of māyā denies the existence of Lord Caitanya as the Supreme Lord, who is full of all potencies, are useless. Such a sinful person is condemned by all.

Purport (By Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura): A person who does not accept Gaurasundara as the all-powerful Supreme Lord is sinful. Māyā binds such a person with eight ropes and does not allow him to understand Gaurasundara's supremacy. The birth, activities, education, and behavior of a brāhmaṇa who does not accept Mahāprabhu as the Supreme Lord are all useless. Such a person becomes known as a condemned, sinful liar.

The birth, activities, education, and brahminical behavior of a sinful person who under the control of māyā denies the existence of Lord Caitanya as the Supreme Lord, who is full of all potencies, are useless. Such a sinful person is condemned by all.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.422

bhaja bhaja āre bhāi, caitanya-caraṇe
avidyā-bandhana khaṇḍe yāhāra śravaṇe

Jayapatākā Swami: O brothers, just worship the lotus feet of Lord Caitanya! By hearing His topics one is freed from the bondage of ignorance.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.423

caitanya-caraṇa-bhajane viśvavāsīke āhvāna—
yāhāra smaraṇe sarva-tāpa-vimocana
bhaja bhaja hena nyāsi-maṇira caraṇa

Jayapatākā Swami: Just worship the lotus feet of Lord Caitanya, the crest jewel among sannyāsīs. By remembering Him one is liberated from all material miseries.

Remembering Lord Caitanya, glorifying Lord Caitanya, hearing the pastimes and topics of Lord Caitanya one gets delivered from material ignorance and from all kinds of material sufferings and develops natural Kṛṣṇa consciousness.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.424

caturdike saṁkīrtana-śravaṇe prabhura mahānanda—
ei mata catur-dike dekhi’ saṅkīrtana
ānande bhāsena prabhu lai’ bhakta-gaṇa

Jayapatākā Swami: As Lord Caitanya and His devotees saw everyone engaged in the congregational chanting, they floated in an ocean of ecstasy.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.425

ānanda-dhārāya pūrṇa śrī-gaurasundara
yena catur-dike vahe jāhnavīra jala

Jayapatākā Swami: The tears of ecstatic love that flowed from the eyes of Lord Śrī Gaurasundara resembled the Ganges flowing in the four directions.

What Lord Caitanya wanted to establish while He was present in Navadvīpa was carried out by His representatives, Lord Nityānanda and others and Lord Caitanya was so happy, that tears of love were flowing from His eyes like the Ganges river.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.426

prabhura sakala saṁkīrtana-sampradāye nṛtya—
bāhya nāhi parānanda-sukhe āpanāra
saṅkīrtana-ānanda-vihvala-avatāra

Jayapatākā Swami: Lord Caitanya lost external consciousness in transcendental ecstasy. He was the incarnation of the overwhelming ecstasy of saṅkīrtana. Lord Caitanya’s external purpose was the saṅkīrtana movement, was to establish the yuga-dharma of Harināma saṅkīrtana. Seeing that was been followed, He was overwhelmed with spiritual bliss.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.427

yei sampradāya prabhu dekhena sammukhe
tāhātei nṛtya kare parānanda-sukhe

Jayapatākā Swami: Lord Caitanya jubilantly danced in the midst of whichever kīrtana party came before Him. The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu chanted and danced in various saṅkīrtana parties that came before Him, He was filled with spiritual ecstasy and His chanting also blessed all the others with great enthusiasm.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.428

tāhārā kṛtārtha hena māne āpanāre
hena mate raṅga kare śrī-gaurasundare

Jayapatākā Swami: The members of those kīrtana parties considered themselves most fortunate. Such are the blissful pastimes of Lord Śrī Gaurasundara. So, the kīrtana parties felt like that was the perfection of their lives, to have Lord Gaurāṅga dancing in their amidst. They were so happy at that moment, they considered themselves most fortunate.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 3.429

avadhūtāgragaṇya śrī-nityānanda—
vihvalera agragaṇya nityānanda-rāya
kakhano dhariyā tāṅre āpane nācāya

Jayapatākā Swami: Lord Nityānanda was the foremost of those who were overwhelmed with ecstasy. Sometimes He would grab Lord Caitanya and induce Him to dance. So, Lord Nityānanda had been ordered by Lord Caitanya to continue the congregational saṅkīrtana movement, in Bengal. So, while carrying out Lord Caitanya’s order, Lord Nityānanda had been preaching in every town village throughout Bengal. Lord Caitanya’s ecstasy on seeing the kīrtana was transcendental.

Purport: High-class persons in Orissa are called vihvaliyā. Nityānanda Prabhu was intoxicated with love for Kṛṣṇa and the foremost among those who were vihvala, or overwhelmed.

Jayapatākā Swami: The members of International Society for Krishna Consciousness have to fulfill the desire of His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda to see that Lord Caitanya’s prediction that in every town and village of the whole world, His names will be chanted, and that will certainly give Lord Caitanya and Lord Nityānanda overwhelming transcendental ecstasy. Such are the transcendental pastimes of Lord Śrī Śrī Nitāi-Gaura.
