20200303 JAYAPATAKA SWAMI GURU MAHARAJ, NAVADVIP MANDAL PARIKRAMA, DAY 6, ADDRESSING RUSSIAN PARTY, NRSIMHAPALLY, SRI MAYAPUR DHAM, INDIA

I hear you are at Nrsimhapally. This is also known as Devapally. Because previously the devas, demigods, even Laksmi, Brahma, were afraid to approach Nrsimhadeva because He was so angry. When He flew over Navadvip, He knew that this was His eternal abode, and He landed here. Previously the demigods could not approach Him, but here the demigods and their wives flew to the Lord and served Lord Nrsimhadeva. So this abode is the Audarya dham, this is the mercy dham. Even Nrsimhadeva is easily approachable in this Navadvip dham. So, that is why this place is very special, the Lord is more approachable here. So, Lord Nrsimhadeva, He accepted the service from the different demigods very happily. So, although Navadvip is non-different from Vrndavana, it is more merciful! Here also there is the Mandakini which is a special body of water. Sometimes you have time and you could swim in the Mandakini, but now at least now you can take some water and put on your head. So this is the far east of the Navadvip dham. The Bhaktivedanta Swami Charity Trust has built some extension of the kirtan hall. Lord Nrsimhadeva gets rid of all the obstacles in our path of devotional service. So here, the Lord, He gave His mercy, so one could easily approach Kṛṣṇa.  So, here they have some 24 hour kirtan and sometimes it is the same time as they are doing parikrama. So there is some history of the deity that previously there were many tigers around and the pujari would offer worship and close during the night. There was some forest fire and the deity got burnt. So you can still see the burn mark on the side of the deity. So I won’t tell the Nrsimhadeva pastimes because those might have been told already. So, this is a good place to get the mercy of Lord Nrsimhadeva. Sometimes when we have festival in Mayapur, they send some prasadam or remnant from this temple to Mayapur. Also, it was predicted that some maharaj would build a temple for Lord Nrsimhadeva. I am still remembering, how yesterday I had such a nice time with the Russian speaking devotees. I like you all very much! Now you are in Godrumadvip, the island of chanting. And from here you go to Hari Hara Kshetra. I was saying how this is a special Russian temple! Because, it is the Hari Hara temple, Hari Hara show! O Chin Hari Hari show. Spacebo, Hare Kṛṣṇa!
