20201206 Zoom Session with Nigeria Devotees

mūkaṁ karoti vācālaṁ paṅguṁ laṅghayate girim
yat-kṛpā tam ahaṁ vande śrī-guruṁ dīna-tāraṇam
hariḥ oṁ tat sat

Jayapatākā Swami: Very glad to visit Nigeria and West Africa today. We hope that all the devotees in Ghana, Nigeria and other places have put their pledges for book distribution. I am trying to keep in touch with the devotees and be available to help them and answer their questions. Bhakti Tīrtha Swami asked me to help his disciples, therefore I am taking a special interest to visit West Africa. Because he asked me to do that. This human form of life is very special. If we take shelter of Kṛṣṇa and His pure devotees, then we can get purified of all our material contamination, and we can go back to the spiritual world. The process of bhakti-yoga is to engage our mind, our body and our words in the service of Kṛṣṇa. And that way, we can help others also and ourselves also. So this material world is not a very good place to stay. Therefore, we want to encourage all the people to chant Hare Kṛṣṇa, read Bhagavad-gītā and to practice bhakti-yoga.
