Viśvambhara eating betel leaf & nut and “I am going home”

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.643

bhaktera bhojana, nidrā, śayana, vilāsa
tāhātei kṛṣṇasukha haye ta prakāśa

Jayapatākā Swami: Kṛṣṇa feels transcendental pleasure when devotees taking prasādam, resting and in his bodily activities.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.644

bhaktajana āra-jana ācaraṇa eka
dehera svabhāva eka dekhe paratekha

Jayapatākā Swami: Although the materialistic people and the devotees of the Lord had similar bodily activities there is non-different but it quite obvious.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.645

paratekha dekhi yāra mānuṣa geyāne
kothā kṛṣṇa mānuṣa ye dekhiye nayāne

Jayapatākā Swami: The activities of the devotees and the materialistic people are non-different, but I see one difference. The materialistic people do not appreciate Kṛṣṇa, they think that Kṛṣṇa is enjoying material happiness and therefore they don’t appreciate Kṛṣṇa as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, as the transcendental Lord with the transcendental qualities.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.646

kṛṣṇa sarveśvareśvara nirguṇa brahma
mānuṣa śarīre kare prākṛtera karma

Jayapatākā Swami: Although Kṛṣṇa is the Para-brahman, He is the Absolute Truth, materialistic people cannot appreciate that Kṛṣṇa can enjoy through the senses of His devotees, that by serving the devotees Kṛṣṇa accepts service to Himself.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.647

ihā bali nāhi māne ye adhama jana
bhaktadehe prabhudehe jānaye uttama

Jayapatākā Swami: The conditioned souls they cannot appreciate this transcendental position of the devotees’ body, what to speak of appreciating the position of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.648

ei anumāna-kathā mora citte laya
āpane bujhiyā citte kara ye juyāya

Jayapatākā Swami: This is the understanding I have achieved by my realization. You study the matter and by your own realization you see what your understanding is.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.649

sadā kṛṣṇamayatanu vaiṣṇava jāniye
śrī-veda-purāṇa-bhāgavatete śuniye

Jayapatākā Swami: It is heard in the Bhāgavatam and the Vedas, how the devotee is always Kṛṣṇa conscious and therefore Kṛṣṇa is always residing in the body of His devotee. Therefore, the body of devotee is considered pure.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.650

yāra padapāṁśute pavitra sabarbajana
gaṅgā-ādi kari tīrtha sabhāra pāvana

Jayapatākā Swami: The lotus feet dust of the pure devotees can deliver all the fallen souls. They are the personified holy places like Ganges and other holy rivers. They are moving holy places while Ganges and other rivers s are fixed in their own places.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.651

hena janāra dehe ye adhama kare bādha
nā bujhaye yei—sei kare aparādha

Jayapatākā Swami: Someone who fails to understand this certainly makes a grave offense to the pure devotees of the Lord.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.652

ei mata dāmodara-murāri-gupate
nivaḍila kathā-doṅha haraṣita-cite

Jayapatākā Swami: The pure devotees of the Lord are relishing and discussing such topics of Lord Kṛṣṇa among themselves.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.653

āpanāra deha prabhu deha nāhi gaṇe
bhakata-janāra deha nija kari māne

Jayapatākā Swami: The Lord accepts the service offered to His devotees as service offered to Himself, although He remains transcendental to this material world.

Caitanya-maṅgala Ādi 3.654

eteka vicāri gela sei duijane
śuni ānandita kahe e dāsa locane

Jayapatākā Swami: I don’t put all those (i.e., only the pastimes of the Lord are put without stating about who is speaking etc…)
