mūkaṁ karoti vācālaṁ paṅguṁ laṅghayate girim
yat-kṛpā tam ahaṁ vande śrī-guruṁ dīna-tāraṇam

Jayapatākā Swami: So we are glad that many donors have come here. We heard that this temple was constructed just by the charity of devotees. Most temples we go around and collect donations. But this temple has been built from the heart from the charity of devotees! Today is a very sacred day. Today we have the appearance day of the Lord, and also the appearance day of our ācārya, Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura. So this is a very sacred moment, and we ask everyone to pray and ask the Lord to come and accept our service. The sevaites, the purohits will do their sevās, but the Lord is also coming on your request. When you come to see the Lord, you can bring any fruits, any gifts, anything. So, I heard that many devotees here have made their houses around the temple. So this temple will be a community of devotees. This is the real ICC – ISKCON Cultural Center.
