20220713 Śrīpād Bhakti Cāru Swami Mahārāja's Ocean of Mercy book in Tamil Book Launch Address

The following is a Tamil Book launch address given by His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami Mahārāja on July 13th,2022 in Śrī Dhāma Māyāpur, India.

Jayapatākā Swami: All glories to His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda! All glories to His Holiness Bhakti Cāru Swami!

I have the great privilege of releasing this book ‘Ocean of Mercy’ by His Holiness Bhakti Cāru Swami in Tamil language called ‘Karuṇa Sāgaram’. And how Bhakti Cāru Swami came to ISKCON and how much mercy he got from Śrīla Prabhupāda. And as he put it “Ocean of Mercy” or “Karuṇa Sāgaram”. Tamil is one of the major languages spoken in different parts of India, Middle East and Europe. Also, Malaysia and Singapore and in Śrī Laṅkā. So, I am very happy that his words have been translated into Tamil. Actually, Bhakti Cāru Swami himself is an ocean of mercy. He would give out mercy without discrimination. Even I was a recipient of his mercy! Whenever he would see anything that Śrīla Prabhupāda wanted, he would try to implement that. For instance, Śrīla Prabhupāda was very eager to have the Pānihāṭi temple constructed. So, that was put into practical implementation by Bhakti Cāru Swami. Like that on his Vyāsa-pūjā he would spend most of the time glorifying Śrīla Prabhupāda. And his service to Śrīla Prabhupāda was something very personal, very loving! It is a great opportunity to see that his book “Ocean of Mercy” “Karuṇa Sāgaram” is translated and published in Tamil. Hare Kṛṣṇa!
