The following is a Vyāsa Pūjā Address given by His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami Mahārāja on April 12th, 2022 in Śrī Māyāpur, India.

mūkaṁ karoti vācālaṁ paṅguṁ laṅghayate girim
yat-kṛpā tam ahaṁ vande śrī-guruṁ dīna-tāraṇam
paramānanda-mādhavam śrī caitanya iśvaram
Hariḥ oṁ tat sat!

♪ Jayapatākā Swami: Prahlāda Narasiṁha dāsa from Nṛsiṅgdi, Bangladesh, wants to give Rs. 2 lacs for the silver medallion. ♪ How is he supposed to give it? If anyone feels inspired today, it is a good day to give! Lord Nityānanda told Śrīla Jīva Gosvāmī, eka adbhuta mandir haibe prakāśa, gaurāṅgera nitya-sevā haibe vikāśa. So it is my desire that we want to make Lord Nityānanda’s prediction come true.

Haribol! ISKCON Visakhapatnam is giving Rs. 10 lakhs. Gold medallion. Haribol! Caitanya Cāru Prabhu donating Rs. 3 lacs, gold medallion. Haribol! Haribol! Śrīla Prabhupāda told me that I should develop the Gauḍa-maṇḍala-bhūmi. And therefore, he instructed me to make sure that He said that this Temple of Vedic Planetarium is built. I am very grateful for all the devotees who are helping me. We would like to thank the Bengaluru temple for the beautiful dance video. Śrīla Prabhupāda had said that the wives can help their husbands in Kṛṣṇa consciousness. The Śaṅkarācārya, he said in order to get mokṣa one has to take sannyāsa. But that was not said by Lord Caitanya. Lord Caitanya said, gṛhe thāko vane thāko sadā hari bole ḍāko. Whether you are home or whether you are in the forest always repeat the holy names of Kṛṣṇa. In Māyāpur we have many hundreds of brahmacārīs and we also have in the Nāmahaṭṭa, in our community, we have thousands of gṛhasthas. Everyone should chant Hare Kṛṣṇa and engage in devotional service. Especially we would like the devotees to read Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books. And I am very grateful to see that the Temple of Vedic Planetarium is built. On the 50th anniversary of Rādhā Mādhava, many devotees have pledged in Māyāpur. This pledge should be fulfilled within two years. If someone cannot afford the medallion lakhs, then they can sponsor a square foot of the temple. A square foot is Rs. 7,000. We heard from Braja Vilāsa that Śrīla Prabhupāda wanted everyone to take part. Whether it is the medallion or the square foot, everyone should take part in the building. So, in the medallion, there is gold, silver and bronze. I am trying to have my disciples keep track and take care of all devotees and aspiring devotees. But many devotees’ emails, phone numbers, they are bouncing back because they are not accurate. So in fact at the back there is a JPS Office stall and if you give your mobile number or your email address, you will get a special gift! Of course, if you give the TOVP, you will get medallions. So, the real thing is that we should be involved in the service of Lord Caitanya, Lord Nityānanda. And that is not difficult. This much help can be offered. But we should do something that we would become very dear to Lord Caitanya.

So, I am very grateful that many disciples and devotees, godbrothers and sisters are participating in this function. And we want that our Kṛṣṇa conscious relationship grows closer and closer. We have different preaching programs. We have the Nāmahaṭṭa, we have the Gītā Course, we have also the Bhakti Vṛkṣa around Māyāpur. The idea is to bring us closer and closer to Lord Caitanya. His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda had this purpose. And we hope that when the temple opens, the Deities are moved, many people will be attracted to come here and worship the Deities. But to do that we have to finish the temple. A certain number of people came up but please think about it and come up through the rest of the day. In the afternoon when the Deities are open you can see Their new set, if you have not seen it already, this is the set which has been offered by my disciples.  ♪
