20220430 Śri Gadādhara Paṇḍita Appearance Day Message

Jayapatākā Swami: Today is the appearance day of Gadādhara Paṇḍita. Gadādhara Paṇḍita is the śakti-tattva. He is non-different from Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī. He is one of the Pañca-tattvas. The birthplace of Advaita Ācārya is near Sylhet. The birthplace of Śrīnivāsa Paṇḍita is in East Bengal. The birthplace of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu is Māyāpur. Nityānanda Prabhu’s śrīpāṭ is in Ekacakra. We have been searching for the birthplace of Gadādhara Paṇḍita. We hear that it is probably in Bangladesh. Gadādhara Paṇḍita has incarnated from Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī. Gadādhara Paṇḍita is especially dear to Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu. And for Them, there is worship of Nitāi Gaura. It is seen that in the rasa-tattva both Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu and Gadādhara Paṇḍita are there. Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura used to worship both Caitanya Mahāprabhu and Gadādhara Prabhu. Ṛtudvīpa is one of the nine islands of Navadvīpa and there, worship of Gadādhara Prabhu and Gaurāṅga Mahāprabhu takes place. Now we have some idea of Gadādhara Paṇḍita’s birthplace. This is most auspicious.
