Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 5.200

Jayapatākā Swami: So, Lord Caitanya had told His associates that He would not meet a king, since a king was dealing with money and women, so He never disclosed that He knew that this was King Pratāparudra. But He knew everything naturally, but as He did not disclose it, He did not break His previous instructions.

kṛṣṇa-kārya vinā tumi nā karibā āra

Jayapatākā Swami: Lord Caitanya said, “May you attain the devotional service of Lord Kṛṣṇa. May you not engage in anything other than the devotional service of Lord Kṛṣṇa.

Purport: After hearing Mahārāja Pratāparudra’s humble prayers, Śrī Gaurasundara blessed him by saying, “May you attain devotional service to Kṛṣṇa.” Since the living entities have no duty other than the service of Kṛṣṇa, Mahāprabhu blessed the King by telling him that service to Kṛṣṇa is the main purpose of all activities and that all activities should be performed with the aim of serving Kṛṣṇa.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 5.201

bhaktagaṇera rājabhāgya-praśaṁsana:—
pratāparudrera bhāgya dekhi’ bhakta-gaṇe
rājāre praśaṁse sabe ānandita-mane

Translation: Seeing the Lord’s special mercy upon King Pratāparudra, the devotees praised the King’s good fortune, and their minds became open and blissful.

Purport: This is characteristic of a pure Vaiṣṇava. He is never envious if another devotee receives the mercy and strength of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu. A pure Vaiṣṇava is very happy to see a person elevated in devotional service. Unfortunately, there are many so-called Vaiṣṇavas who become envious to see someone actually recognized by Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu. It is a fact that no one can preach Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s message without receiving the special mercy of the Lord. This is known to every Vaiṣṇava. Yet there are some envious people who cannot tolerate the expansion of this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement all over the world. They find fault with the preacher who has spread this movement and do not praise him for the excellent service he has rendered in fulfilling Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s mission.

Jayapatākā Swami: His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda being empowered by Lord Caitanya has spread the Kṛṣṇa conscious movement all over the world. Naturally any sincere vaiṣṇava could appreciate his great service and those who are not appreciating, they are revealing that they are very neophyte devotees of the Lord.

Caitanya-caritāmṛta, Madhya-līlā 14.22

prabhu o bhaktagaṇake vandana-pūrvaka rājāra prasthāna:—
daṇḍavat kari’ rājā bāhire calilā
yoḍa hasta kari’ saba bhaktere vandilā

Translation: Submissively offering prayers to the devotees with folded hands and offering obeisances to Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, the King went outside.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 5.207

prabhu dekhi’ nṛpati hailā pūrṇa-kāma
niravadhi karena caitanya-pada-dhyāna

Jayapatākā Swami: Seeing Lord Caitanya, all the King’s desire were fulfilled. Thereafter he constantly meditated on the lotus feet of Lord Caitanya.

Caitanya-Bhāgavata Antya-khaṇḍa 5.208

pratāparudrera prabhu-sahita darśana
ihā ye śunaye tāre mile prema-dhana

Jayapatākā Swami: King Pratāparudra was able to achieve the audience with Lord Caitanya. One who hears this narration, he attains the treasure of ecstatic love for Kṛṣṇa.
