Śrī Caitanya Iswaram

Hari Oṁ Tat Sat.

Gurumahārāja: Today we are having the ādhivās. Tomorrow we will observe Janmāsthami. So Brahmās one day is one thousand yugās, and there have been 28 yugās already completed. After 28 yugās Śrī Kṛṣṇa comes and we are very fortunate we have come just five thousand years after the coming of Lord Kṛṣṇa.

Kṛṣṇa’s appearance on this planet is transcendental and the observance of the festival tomorrow is extremely important. Therefore it is said in the śāstra that the day before Janmāsthami we should observe the ādhivās. So, 26 auspicious, pure items will be offered to Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa. After that there will be an ārati. So the Lord has come forward which signifies that His purifying glance is on all of us.

If you would like to offer some service to Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa it is your desire. So the ādhivās ceremony is going on now. So everyone please come tomorrow to take part in the Janmāsthami festivals.

Today after the ādhivās you will all get some mahāprasādam.

Hare Kṛṣṇa.
