20211002 Bhakti-vṛkṣa Sammelan Address

I see that there are special devotees in Māyāpur Candrodaya Mandir and that you have come, I am very grateful to you. I welcome all of you! I heard that there are many Bhakti-vṛkṣa groups in Māyāpur. And you have come from those groups for the sammelan, the get-together. I hope you will like Māyāpur and I am very indebted to you. This Navadvīpa dhāma was created by Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī. Here Kṛṣṇa said, that Navadvīpa dhāma is non-different from Vṛndāvana dhāma. You have come to Māyāpur, Navadvīpa dhāma and whatever service you do you will get a thousand times benefit. Haribol! That Nāmahaṭṭa and Bhakti-vṛkṣa are being conducted, I am very happy to hear.

Caitanya Mahāprabhu desired that bhārata-bhūmite haila manuṣya-janma yāra/ janma sārthaka kari' kara para-upakāra. Caitanya Mahāprabhu was from Nadia jilā (district). Ei śīkṣā-diya sab nadia phirce niche gaura-nitāi. You have come from Nadia or Navadvīpa, so I am very happy.

Human life is for this purpose that we do devotional service to Kṛṣṇa. Today is Indira Ekādaśī, the day of Hari-vāsara. You have come on this Ekādasī tithi, that is why you will get special mercy of Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu. I hope that you will propagate the movement of Lord Caitanya. Our parama-guru Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura said prāna ache yāra sei hetu pracāra. So now, ordinarily people think that they are the body and satisfaction of the body is their goal. But if we please Kṛṣṇa or Gaurāṅga, then we will also be happy because we are part of Kṛṣṇa. If Kṛṣṇa is happy, then we will be happy.

I am very indebted that Mathureśa Prabhu is conducting the Bhakti-vṛkṣa. We wish that husband, wife, ladies, men all do service to Kṛṣṇa.

I saw a drama on Śrīla Prabhupāda Vyāsa-pūjā tithi, in Chennai. Some Bhakti-vṛkṣas performers. There was a drama that there were youth and girl and boy. Two were there – Yamadūta and Yamarāja. Yamadūta was complaining to Yama we go to bring them to Yamālaya but everyone is chanting Harināma whom can we take? They have temple in their home and all the time they chant Kṛṣṇa’s names. So our job is at stake. We are not able to do that. They all have kṛṣṇa-prasāda and have Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam in their home and so we cannot bring anyone. I hope that this way the Yamadūtas will not come to our homes. All in our homes we have Kṛṣṇanāma, Kṛṣṇa education and kṛṣṇa-prasāda.
