20210314 Homage to His Holiness Tamāla Kṛṣṇa Goswami Mahārāja on His Disappearance Day

My obeisances to His Holiness Tamāla Kṛṣṇa Goswami. I was very fortunate to have his association. From when I was a bhakta in 1968 until the last days.

So, I saw that he served His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda in a very special way. He was able to understand the mood of His Divine Grace, and offer his valuable service. So he also added lot of spiritual influence to the GBC meetings. that we had the meetings in the morning and the afternoon, he was leading a kind of discussion of the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, Lord Kṛṣṇa [in the afternoons]. Like this his association was very inspiring.

He also gave special Chinese hats for the parikramā. And I was present when Prabhupāda told him to preach in China. Althought it was a impossible task [inaudible word] at that time. He took it up as Prabhupāda's instuction. So like this there are many different things that he did. He was a real pioneer. He saw, how to expand the preaching unlimitedly. So the disapperance festival, We can remember the great heritage, great example he left behind. That he wanted all his followers, disciples and friends to engage themselves fully in Śrīla Prabhupāda's service. We consider ourself so blessed to have him as a godbrother and as someone who always thinking us as his friend. Hare Kṛṣṇa!
