20210323 Addressing Māyāpur Saṅkīrtana Awards

All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.
All glories to Rādhā Mādhava, Māyāpur Candra, Aṣṭa-sakhīs
Jaya Jagannātha Baladeva Subhadrā
All glories to Pañca-tattva Prahlāda-Narasiṁhadeva!

So Śrīla Prabhupāda desired that the culture in Māyāpur should be book distribution and should be preaching. So we are grateful for the devotees of the Saṅkīrtana Department, that they have made this saṅkīrtana book distribution as their life and soul. We are thankful to all the departments in Māyāpur that are also distributing Śrīla Prabhupāda books. We understand that the people in Kali-yuga are being bewildered by the illusory energy, and that the Bhāgavatam and teachings of Kṛṣṇa are like the rising of the sun By the rising of the sun, the darkness of the night goes away. By the rising of the teachings of Kṛṣṇa, the darkness of nescience goes away So we know this is a great austerity to be always travelling, and somehow distributing books. Sometimes people are favorable, sometimes they are not but still we give the opportunity to everyone And we are always surprised how some people take books and they are very thankful So all our devotees in Māyāpur, we should be grateful to the saṅkīrtana devotees, who are representing Māyāpur, and going out to distribute books, not only in Bengal but in the neighboring states like Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, Assam They are giving these literatures about Kṛṣṇa which normally the people don’t have time for And now they suddenly they get Kṛṣṇa’s teachings, and as Śrīla Prabhupāda said, that changes their life So I am very grateful for all the devotees who are distributing books and Śrīla Prabhupāda will be very pleased by this endeavor Hare Kṛṣṇa!
