Hariḥ oṁ tat sat!

Jayapatākā Swami: I thank you for taking care of the needy devotees and helping up to your capacity for Māyāpur-dhāma.

We are very concerned that you all should avoid infection.

At present there is established treatment, no vaccine for the Corona virus.

That is why they are saying devotees to stay home, stay safe.

Because outside the virus maybe stays on some hard surface for three days.

If you are close to someone and they are coughing it stays in the air above for a minute then it falls on the ground and they stay on the ground for three days.

Like in the shops, the grocery stores, someone may touch the fruits or vegetables or grains or whatever and cause that to be infected.

So that is why they say frequently wash your hands, maintain social distancing and we generally take out our outside footwear outside before we go into the house, that should be observed.

Because we don’t want to bring in the virus from the street.

At the same time, we want all the devotees to remain Kṛṣṇa conscious.

Chant Hare Kṛṣṇa.

In the Kali Santaraṇa Upaniṣad it states that the 16 names of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra destroy all the kalmaṣas of Kali-yuga.

Kali kalmaṣa nāśanam.

There is no better sacrifice found in the whole Vedas.

So we want everyone to chant their rounds and also like in America they have the Japathon.

Somehow chant Hare Kṛṣṇa, have regular classes and take kṛṣṇa-prasāda.

So we are very glad that the devotees are maintaining the Kṛṣṇa conscious principles.

This world is naturally filled with miseries and difficulties.

Kṛṣṇa described this world as duḥkhālayam as a place of suffering, aśāśvatam, temporary.

So suffering maybe temporary, happiness is also temporary.

Everything is temporary.

But Kṛṣṇa is eternal.

Our devotion for Kṛṣṇa is eternal.

We want everyone to be absorbed in Kṛṣṇa’s sevā, so that they can taste the nectar of His ecstatic love.

At 6 pm India time we have daily Caitanya-lila class.

I hope you are able to watch that.

And now at 8 pm India time we are giving darśana to Balarāmadeśa.

So, we are very happy to see the devotees.

I want to go to your houses and visit you.

So, while in this lockdown period, please give regular classes on Bhagavad-gītā, Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam.

There are adhyātmika, adhibhautika, adhidaivika miseries.

Pandemic, you can say is adhibhautika, or you can say it is adhidaivika but somehow we are suffering.

But we can always be blissful by chanting and serving Kṛṣṇa.

I am very happy that husbands and wives cooperate with each other and we hope that treat each other very nice.

We are very happy to see how many devotees are worshiping Kṛṣṇa in their house and we are very thankful.

I will just speak for a short time.

Now we can go to the houses.
