Guru Mahārāja joined the saṅkīrtana group and did kīrtana for almost 5 minutes.

Jayapatākā Swami: All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda! All glories to Nitāi! Lord Nityānanda Trayodaśī is the day we worship Lord Nityānanda as His Vyāsa-pūjā. Lord Nityānanda, His qualities are unlimited. Ananta Śeṣa with His thousands of heads find a limit of Lord Nityānanda’s good qualities! And I was reading in the 10th canto Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Lord Nityānanda, Advaita, Lord Caitanya, all the avatāras, They don’t have material bodies. We cannot imitate Their actions. In the Nectar of Devotion, it states how we do vidhi-mārga and gradually becomes raga-mārga. Lord Nityānanda, He helps Lord Caitanya. And also, when Kṛṣṇa comes down, Balarāma, helps Him in different pastimes. So Balarāma is Nityānanda. When Lord Rāma comes down, He has Lakṣmaṇa. And Lakṣmaṇa is Nityānanda. So, we do devotional service, but the perfection is when we develop affection for the Lord. Nityānanda Prabhu’s mood is to fulfill Lord Caitanya’s prediction. Ten thousand years will be the Golden Age of bhakti. How the Lord, He relishes spiritual relationship only with His pure devotees. Lord Nitāi, He was sent back to Bengal to finish up what They had left over. He went to Pānihāṭi, Khardāha and Ādi-saptagrāma. Khardāha is from where He came back to Navadvīpa. And then He met Mother Śacī! Śacīmātā requested Him to please stay some days in Navadvīpa. Here and everywhere, they are chanting the holy name. Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare / Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare!

So here on the order of Lord Caitanya, Lord Nityānanda entered into the gṛhastha-āśrama. And Jāhnavā Devī and Vasudhā, Lord Nityānanda accepted as His consorts. So he wanted all men and women to practice Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Śrīla Prabhupāda in his Vyāsa-pūjā address in London in 1973, he told all his gṛhastha devotees, they should all be paramahaṁsas. So Śrīla Prabhupāda was the representative of Lord Nityānanda. I don’t want to interrupt the kīrtana anymore. Lord Nityānanda wanted that we all chant Hare Kṛṣṇa!

Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare /
Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare!
