Timeline of His Holiness Jayapataka Swami's Life - 2011-2020

The entire South America preaching tour was very wonderful. It started from 10th December 2012 and lasted till 4th January 2013. GM visited Peru, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Brazil.These last three days in Nova Gokula Farm, Brazil was very ecstatic. It was like the cherries on the cake.  Two nights before GM announced at the end of his evening class that he has a new idea for the devotees to be KC all day long. He said during Caitanya Mahaprabhu's time his associates who were on their way from Puri to Bengal were enacting dramas based on Krsna's pastimes spontaneously, without any practice etc. One person just narrate and the others act. Everyone took part in this dramas. In this way they were completely submerged in Krsna's pastimes. A month journey by foot from Puri to Bengal became three months journey because of this. Anyway GM convened all the devotees who had gathered for class along with HH Dhanvantari Maharaj and told them to enact some pastimes of Krsna spontaneously. GM and HH Dhanvantari Maharaj narrated from Krsna Story Book with Ekanath Prabhu translating. 

The devotees were divided into two groups. Matajis and prabhus. Each side we had over 100 devotees. They enacted the pastime on Lord Krsna killing Sisupala and Jarasanda. It was an amazing performance since it was done spontaneously. Everyday there were 15 to 20 devotees had private darshan with GM. The Temple President of Nova Gokula Farm, HG Vijaya Prabhu is such an exemplary devotee. He visits GM everyday in his quarter and gives massage for GM. Not only for GM even to the servants of GM too. Very rare to see TP giving massage to others. HG Guneswar Prabhu disciple of SP was cooking for GM three times daily for three days. It was very inspiring to see senior devotees like them performing service with such a humble mood. Last night, at the end of the class, Vijaya Prabhu who is the TP announced with tears in his eyes, how greatful he his and the local devotees to have association of GM in Nova Gokula Farm. 

This morning we left Nova Gokula Farm at 8.30am and there were over 200 hundreds devotees along with HH Dhanvantari Maharaj gathered at the main road of the farm to bid farewell to GM. Over 100 devotees followed GM's car by foot for almost 300 metres as the car was slowly leaving the farm. 
It was an emotional moment to see them all running behind GM's car. SOme were crying. We departed by AA 234 from Sao Paulo at 12.45 pm and reached Miami at 5.45pm. During our flight to Miami, again we met some nice steward and stewardess of American Airline. GM and Ekanath Prabhu were conversing with them in Spanish. They were about six of them and each one took SP's book and agreed to chant the holy name. They even kneel down infront of GM to receive his blessings. So, now GM is in Miami and will be doing a small program in Miami Temple tomorrow before leaving to Atlanta.
