His Grace Mahāvarāha das prabhu: His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami maharaj will first address 5 – 10 minutes and then lead the Nṛsiṁha prayers.

 His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami: We all know how dear His Holiness Bhakti Cāru Swami is, to Śrīla Prabhupāda, and all his followers. And how he is so dear to all the devotees of ISKCON. So, it seemed that he was improving a lot, but he had a mild heart attack and that has complicated issues a lot. So that is why we are having a prayer marathon. Because, if the Lord wishes, we hope we can have Bhakti Cāru Swami back.

So, I sent him a message that he ordered me to stay, (His Grace Mahāvarāha prabhu: this happened when Jayapatākā Swami maharaj had a stroke, His Holiness Bhakti Cāru Swami visited him in the hospital, and he ordered him to stay), and now I requested him to also stay. Right now, we can pray to Lord Kṛṣṇa, Śrī Jagannath Baladeva Subadra Sudarśana cakra, Lord Narsimha dev, Śrī Śrī Rādhā Mādhava, Śrī Pañca Tattva, Śrī Prahlāda Nṛsiṁhadeva, because They are our only hope.

His Grace Mahāvarāha das: We will start the Nṛsiṁha prayers.

Ugram viram maha-vishnum jvalantam sarvato mukham |

nrisimham bhishanam bhadram mrityur mrityum namāmy ahaṁ

Jaya Nṛsiṁha Śrī Nṛsiṁha Jaya Jaya Nrsimhadev

Prahlāda eṣā jaya padma mukham padma brnga

Oh Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva, if You Will, you please allow our dear Bhakti Cāru Swami maharaj to recover and come back to us.

Hare Kṛṣṇa!

His Grace Mahāvarāha das: Can someone please lead the chanting of the 108 names of Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva now. The others can repeat.

Shall we all have everyone chant one round of Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā mantra.
